+ another mini-system to try
If you missed it last week - I made a pretty big announcement.
Here’s last week’s issue to catch you up to speed.
TL;DR:
I’m launching a new newsletter 1.7.25, called the Systematic Sales Leader, and retiring this one.
But, Keith why?
I covered it last week - but here’s the short story:
17+ years in a high-pressure sales environment took its toll and I burnt out.
I had 2 options.
Accept my demise and live a miserable existence
Figure out how to get back control of my time and life
I chose the latter and spent the next year obsessively testing and developing different productivity systems.
Through trial and error, I created what I started calling “mini-systems” for managing my time and energy.
The results?
Constant email overwhelm? Reduced to 30 minutes a day.
Endless meetings? Cut by 30% while increasing effectiveness.
Working weekends? Completely eliminated.
Not to mention:
My team's performance improved
My stress levels dropped dramatically
My family got their dad/husband back
And most importantly, I finally found a way to be a high-performing leader without sacrificing my life outside of work.
Turns out there was something to this systems-based approach.
About a month ago, I realized there were probably many other sellers & sales leaders struggling with the same challenges I faced.
So I thought: "What if I shared the mini-systems I developed with other sales leaders?”
And that's when the idea to create The Systematic Sales Leader came to me.
So, if you are tired of dealing with constant overwhelm, missing important family moments, and feeling like you're always behind, I promise this is exactly what you need.
