5 Outside of the Box 📦 Prospecting Ideas Almost No One is Doing...
If you're like most salespeople, you're probably focusing 🔎 only on the same old tactics to get in front of your ideal customers:
📧 email blasts
📞 cold calls
💬 and maybe even a few LinkedIn connections.
Now don't get me wrong, these can be highly effective...
However, if you really want to differentiate yourself and stand out from the sea of other sellers doing the same...
You have to start thinking outside of the box 📦
If creativity isn't your strong suit - I've put together 5 ideas 💡 to help get you started...
Ideas guaranteed to get you noticed...
1. Send A Custom Card/Handwritten Note
You may be thinking, this is old school...🏫
However, trust me when I say - hardly anyone is doing this anymore and I promise it will help you stand out.
There is also technology to make this simple. Services like Sendoutcards.com allow you to create custom cards or Handwrytten.com which uses robots 🤖 holding real pens ✒️ to handwrite it for you! (say 👋 to writer's cramp)
2. Have A Celebrity Do A Video For Them
Cool idea, nerd 🤓...but I don't know any celebrities.
Neither do I, but why not go to Cameo.com and hire one, as Sarah Brazier from Gong did? See post here
3. Send A Super Personalized Video
Video is king 👑, however, you've got to do more than put a name on a whiteboard and awkwardly wave 👋 at the camera.
Check out this hilarious 😂 video a seller did for his prospect, 🔥 Buffalo Wild Wings🔥.
Yea, that's right...
Check out parkerscrazycookies.com where you can actually turn your prospects or yourself into cookies 🍪 and send them as gifts.
5. Send Them Personalized Gear
Use a print-on-demand shop like redbubble.com, printify.com, teespring.com, or a company like swagmagic.com or sendoso.com to create custom gifts to get their attention.
Maybe send a notebook 📓 that says on the front "Top Secret Notes From My Meeting With Keith at Bullhorn"
Or a ☕️ mug that has some type of personalized message on it. For instance, If I was prospecting my good buddy Matt Dichter, it might look something like this...(all found from his LI profile)
There ya have it...
