Here’s something most sellers don’t do:

Show up to a discovery call with a well-thought-out point of view.

Instead, they show up and ask questions like:

  • “So tell me about your role?”

  • “What are your top priorities for 2024?”

  • “What keeps you up at night?”

But the top 10% do things differently…

And that’s what we’ll cover this week.

Last week, I came across this post by JC Pollard, where he shares the “why” and “how” to show up with a POV.

He also shares a slide template you can use. (below)

If you’re not doing this - you should be.

One way to take this a step further is to learn to present your POV as a visual story.

  • You can do this on-site with a flipchart or whiteboard

  • On a napkin at a coffee, lunch, or dinner meeting

  • Using a digital whiteboard
