The “PEASC” email framework

ChatGPT sucks at writing sales emails...

Elite sellers learn "copywriting" skills. Here's a simple formula:

P: Pain/problem (could be)

- Persona-specific
- Company-specific
- Industry-specific

ex. Open jobs aren't the problem - finding candidates to fill them is.

----------------

E: Equation

- Use an equation to extend the pain with brevity
- [Problem] + [impact] = [negative outcome]

ex. talent shortage + unfilled jobs = lost revenue

----------------

A: Agitate

- Twist the knife - agitate the pain once more

ex. to make things worse, the old ways no longer work

S: Solution

- Suggest a solution

ex. A handful of your competitors have pivoted to a new strategy & doubled their fill rates.

C: CTA

- Use an interest-based call-to-action

ex. Any interest in talking thru the specifics of what they're doing?
